Practice Philosophy: Dr. DeCosimo's patient care vision is an independent practice of medicine which allows the creation of a partnership with patients to help them understand their bodies, so that through education and support they can make knowledgeable decisions regarding their obstetric and gynecologic well being. She has a strong belief in the value of personalized medical services. Being a solo private practitioner, Dr. DeCosimo is able to establish a close relationship and have a personal contact with her patients. (At times, the disadvantage of this type of practice is that if she is needed for an unexpected complicated case, you may need to re-schedule your appointment or opt to wait for her). Dr. DeCosimo's practice strives to provide the highest quality of continuing and preventive healthcare for women delivered in a compassionate, warm and friendly environment, while realizing that you the patient have a choice. You can expect to be treated professionally and courteously at all times and you can be assured that you will receive the best and most appropriate care for women.
